When exchanges and returns are accepted
- Within 7 days of receiving the written contract terms. If the goods are delivered later than that, within 7 days of receiving the goods or the start of delivery.
- If the goods or services differ from how they were described or advertised, or from the contract, within 3 months of receiving them, or within 30 days of the date you learned or could have learned of this.

When exchanges and returns are not accepted
- If the goods are lost or damaged for reasons attributable to you (however, you may cancel if the packaging was opened only to check the contents).
- If the value of the goods has clearly decreased through your use or partial consumption.
- If the value of the goods has decreased over time to the point that they can no longer be resold.
- If the packaging of goods that can be copied has been damaged.
- For made-to-order goods, where cancellation would cause the seller irreparable loss and you agreed to this in advance.
- Once delivery of digital content has begun (however, for contracts made up of divisible services or digital content, you may cancel the parts not yet delivered).
